All societies around the world debate the issue of teenagers and the degree to which they are personally responsible for anti-social and violent behavior. This generation is different; more technologically astute with na aptitude for rapid learning.Nevertheless, they also seem to have a propensity for violent behavior. Many parentes are incapable of setting limits or saying “no” to children. They grow up thought : i can have everything and, i can have it now. In Brazil, people ar discussing the reducing the age of incarceration. It is a well-worn discussion in my country, and the brazilian people are very divided. The com group list some reasons to against this proposal: •        Almost criminal teenagers are poor; •        This standard don´t solves the main cause of violence; •        The Government doesn´t care about the basic needs of people, mainly poor people, like good schools, hospitals, job opportunities. •        The prisons are overcrowded. De quem tempo você é mesmo? Eu faço essa pergunta porque estou cansada de ouvir pessoas dizendo: “no meu tempo...”. O meu tempo é já, agora, com um baú na minha memória registrando toda a minha experiência e manuais das novidades dos dias de hoje. Só por observação, vou me esforçar para escrever esse tema em inglês, porque, nesse exato momento, estou me esforçando para aprender a escrever textos em inglês, sem perder meu sarcasmo e irônia. Mais um manual que me torna uma pessoa com mais uma qualificação. Espero! Então, voltando ao assunto...o tema veio na minha cabeça após ver dois posts no facebook se reportando a importância das coisas no século XXI! Um reclamava sobre a importância da visita do Papa e a vinda do bebê real para as pessoas, se reportando como assuntos da idade média, e, outro post engraçado de minha amiga dizendo que no seu tempo ,ela tinha lápis de colorir e não computadores. It´s a fact that all countries have a legal system to maintain in their society. Of course, most people aren´t happy with their Government´s rules. In my opiniont, most people don´t trust those who manage their Governments.Nevertheless, voted for them. So what do people really want? In Brasil, the Government system is republican with a President; the last Plebiscite occuring in 1993. I explain for you if   you don´t know what is plebiscite. Plebiscite is “ a vote by which the people of na entire country or district express an opinion for or against a proposal especially on a choice of government rules.”(from dictionary) Today, people ar very angry with the current government, asking for good public services without corruption.
