Believe in your country is constitution

It´s a fact that all countries have a legal system to maintain in their society. Of course, most people aren´t happy with their Government´s rules.

In my opiniont, most people don´t trust those who manage their Governments.Nevertheless, voted for them. So what do people really want?

In Brasil, the Government system is republican with a President; the last Plebiscite occuring in 1993.

I explain for you if  you don´t know what is plebiscite. Plebiscite is “ a vote by which the people of na entire country or district express an opinion for or against a proposal especially on a choice of government rules.”(from dictionary)

Today, people ar very angry with the current government, asking for good public services without corruption. The message is clear: better schools, good hospitals, good transportation. Yet,  the President of Brasil claims she would like to know what people want, so she propose another Plebiscite. It is unnecessary!

Brasil has a constitution which is more socially conscious than most countries.The reality is contrary to intention.

I´m afraid that the Government uses the new Plesbicite to protect vested interests, as approach another election in 2014.

Many countries have problems with corruption, but the mos responsive government to the desires of people is eliminate the corruption or let others tackle it.

What Constitute good government is honesty! When the leadership is honest and cares only about the interests of the common citizen, the Constitution is respected.

We don´t  need many rules, justo ne good constitution, and na honest Judiciary.
